Young Field Archers International Festival

HAE MUKAAN HUIPPUTASON VALMENNUKSEEN!


Young Field Archers International Festival (Youth Camp) on valmennusohjelma, jonka toteuttavat Italian FIARC, Itävallan OBSV ja Suomen FFAA vuonna 2027. Ohjelmalle on myönnetty EU:n Erasmus+ -rahoitus. Suomessa projekti on FFAA Youth Camp -niminen.

FFAA etsii kansainväliseen valmennusohjelmaan mukaan eri puolilta Suomea 12 nuorta jousiampujaa (9–14 vuotiaita) ja noin 5 valmentajaa. Valmennukseen valittavilla nuorilla ja valmentajilla on ainutlaatuinen mahdollisuus tutustua eri maiden kulttuureihin, lisätä tietoa nuorten kanssa työskentelystä ja tutustua suomalaisten lisäksi italialaisiin ja itävaltalaisiin jousiampujiin. Leireille mukaan ovat tervetulleita omalla kustannuksellaan myös nuorten holhoojat. 

Vuonna 2027 valmennukseen kuuluu kolme yhteistä leiriä, joissa harjoitellaan jousiammunnan tekniikkaa, opitaan uusia harjoittelutapoja ja tutustutaan osallistujamaiden nuoriin jousiampujiin. Yhteinen kieli on englanti ja leirit järjestetään seuraavasti:

  • Italiassa 25-31.7.2027

  • Suomessa 19-22.8.2027

  • Itävallassa 29.10.-2.11.2027

Valittavien matka- ja majoituskulut korvataan Erasmus+ -ohjelman periaatteiden  ja FFAA Youth Camp -projektin mukaan. FFAA Youth Camp -projekti järjestää mahdollisesti jo syksyllä 2026 ja keväällä 2027 valmennukseen valituille Suomessa jousiammuntaleirin.

APPLY FOR TOP-LEVEL COACHING!

The FFAA is looking for 12 young archers (aged 9–16) and approximately 5 coaches from all over Finland to participate in the international coaching program. The young people and coaches selected for the coaching have a unique opportunity to get to know the cultures of different countries, increase their knowledge of working with young people and get to know not only Finnish but also Italian and Austrian archers. Family members of young archers are also welcome to attend the camps at their own expense..

In 2027, the training will include three joint camps, where archery techniques will be practiced, new training methods will be learned and young archers from the participating countries will be introduced. The common language is English and the camps will be organized as follows:

  • Italy 25-31.7.2027

  • Finland 19-22.8.2027

  • Austria 29.10.-2.11.2027

The travel and accommodation costs of the selected candidates will be reimbursed according to the principles of the Erasmus+ program and the FFAA Youth Camp project. The FFAA Youth Camp project will organize an archery camp in Finland for those selected for training, possibly in the fall of 2026 and spring of 2027.
